Prometheus 文本 exposition 写面(P7-D)

形态纪律(P5-E 组合层裁定):本模块不持状态——计数状态 = 调用方自有 lane(热路径 self 自增,零分配,沿 P6-F no_alloc 口径);本模块只提供 exposition 写面(转义/元行/样本行/histogram 形),/metrics 拉取为冷路径, Str 构建合法。浮点样本列志向(v1 整数计数;整数文本是 Prometheus 浮点语法的合法子集)。文本格式(Prometheus text format v0.0.4 子集): # HELP (\ 与 \n 转义) # TYPE counter|gauge|histogram {="",...} (标签值转义 \ " \n;无标签省略花括号) histogram:_bucket{le="<上界"} 累计 + {le="+Inf"} 总数 + _sum + _count 分层准入(宪章 v2 四问):纯函数写面、零依赖(http 域内,不入 std)。
